Our Facilities

Our school is very well resourced. We are fortunate to have a number of purpose built facilities, modern classrooms and large grounds to ensure that the learning opportunities at our school can be maximised.

A School Built for Learning

The Arts Centre

We have a wonderful school library in our arts centre. The library has a large selection of books for all readers and two librarians, Liz and Nic who are willing to help you in your book selection.

Alongside the school library we have two Music classrooms and a wonderful auditorium. We also have two practice rooms where ākonga can learn a musical instrument from private tutors.

Performances occur in our large auditorium.

Sporting Facilities

We have a beautiful swimming pool which is heated in Term 1 and Term 4 to ensure tamariki can swim on colder days.

We also have a new purpose built gymnasium where a variety of sporting codes can be played from footsal to basketball.

We have four outdoor netball courts, three playgrounds two cricketer nets, all weather cricket pitch, walking track, a large sand pit and multiple vegetable gardens.

Teaching Spaces

The large modern classrooms are built as Hubs of three classes. Teachers work in teams to support the teaching and learning.

We also have a purpose built Learning Support Room alongside our class for English Language Learners.

In the intermediate school we have a Science Laboratory, Hard Materials Room, Sewing and Cooking Room and a purpose built Art Room.
